Electa went on the search for some other half angel, shifting chakras every so often since half-angel's aura is different than angels or humans. So far, no luck. She went from town to town (so much for her staying in that one town) looking for someone, literally any half angel. She would take any half angel at this point. After a long enough amount of time, she started to slowly grow desperate. She started to come to the conclusion that she wasn't going to find another half angel and that she definitely couldn't do this on her own. And, the one she hated to admit the most, that she would have to go back to Alister. She was not looking forward to that. Who knows? He might say no and just leave her to the angels. She had to believe that he wouldn't, though. And at this point, she would do anything to get him to come with her. Literally anything she had to.

Alister had got his life back together, his home was back to normal and he was working as though nothing had ever happened. He was happy again, and though some memories still hurt him from that he was just trying to push it all away.

When Electa had literally no other options, she finally gave in and started to head towards Manhattan. Little did she know, the whole time Jake had been stalking the two of them. When Alister left, Jake had plenty of chances to kidnap Electa, but then nobody would know, and he wouldn't want that. Well, if he took her to the Church of Angels, everyone would know...

Alister was at home, calmly reading a book and sipping tea. He hadn't been this content with life in ages. Devoid of any troubles.

When Electa finally arrived at his apartment, she was tired and ready to give up. She knocked on his apartment door, kind of not expecting anyone to answer

" Coming! " He called out as he set down his book and tea, walking over to the door and opening it. He was still dressed in business casual clothing, and had a tie on. He also was wearing some reading glasses. At first, he was smiling but when he saw Electra, it faded. " Oh.. it's you. What the hell do you want? "

"Wow, what a welcome to an old acquaintance. Listen," she sighed. "I know you still hate me and all that, but I need your help." The fatigue was obvious in her voice. "And yeah, if you help you can hold this against me forever and basically make me do whatever you want, but I just really need you by my side." She didn't mention that she had looked for a replacement

Alister crossed his arms, raising an eyebrow and saying, " You shouldn't say something like that, I could be a evil person about it. And second, why should I help you? All you did was be horrible to me while I tried to not upset you or be mean even when you ignored me. "

"For one, you're not evil, just upset. And two, I wasn't trying to be horrible, I was trying to be honest. If that's a problem, I just won't talk. And if I ever lashed out, I'm sorry. There's kind of a lot that rests on my shoulders. Kind of like the whole human race?" She almost said that he wouldn't be affected by it but she kept that part to herself.

" What you were doing was being brutally honest with so sympathy. How would you like it if I told you randomly after you got a good memory of your parents that my parents killed yours? How would you feel? Not happy and if I made it worse by brushing it off and trying to act like it didn't matter then what? Would you take it? No, you wouldn't. You would of yelled at me and probably really hurt me. I don't want to be hurt anymore. I think I've had enough. "
