"Well, I don't believe that my dad killed a normal human named Meria..." She didn't even attempt to try and apologize. "Yeah, yeah, I know," she said flatly. "My family's a bunch or murderers and you don't want anything to do with me. You have no idea how many times I've heard that, so just get it over with."

Alister tried to stay calm still, and tried not to do anything, but he couldn't help it. " Electra, I am not a man who would disrespect a lady.. but if you continue to speak, I will kill you. I will beat you till you are bloodied, and I will run you over, and I will hang your body on a tree. Do you understand? " He was completely serious, and the look he held said that much.

She was stunned into silence. Her eyebrows shot up. She never thought any of those words would ever come out of his mouth, ever. No matter who he was talking to. When she could finally speak, she said,(for even more drama) "I...you know what? I've actually been thinking lately, and...um..." She swallowed hard. "You know how you said I would've kept you at arms distance? Well...maybe I should. For your safety." Yeah, it was for his safety. If she ever did anything for herself, she wouldn't be anything like she is now. She waited for him to hit her, or something. She kept her eyes on the road, turning the lights on as the sun sank below the horizon

Alister tried not to boil over from pure rage, but he somehow was able to not hurt her. " I said, shut up and drive. I don't care, I tried for so long to be nothing but kind to you, and respect you, and help you, and all I find is you keep killing things I love. Now, either shut up, or I swear to god I will get us both killed so I can enjoy the pleasure of seeing you tortured in hell. "

(I'm sorry but I just thought I'd tell you I'm laughing so hard right now)

Electa kind of just rolled her eyes in a sassy way. Of course he pulled the 'you killed everyone that meant the most to me' card. How did she see that coming. She was kind if tempted to pull the car over and kick his sorry******out of the car. She could find some other half angel. She didn't need him, he just wanted to think she did. She kind of, almost, would rather Jake's company than Alister's at the moment.

( It is kind of funny soooooo )

Alister was silent after that, he was very upset and still trying to calm himself down. This was still a long trip, but he kind of didn't want to be a part of it anymore.

(You've given me an idea, at the next stop they take Alister just leaves for awhile, we do a time skip were Electra tries to find another half angel for any amount of time, things just get worse... she has to beg for his help as she can't find another. )

(Yes! That's perfect! After Alister leaves she'll probably just go to the next town and look for another half angel.)

A while later, Electa pulled over to get something for them to eat. They would have to sleep in the car. She didn't say anything as she got out and went to get them sandwiches and waters.

( Imagine it, Electra thinks she doesn't need him and thinks she can find another half angel, she keeps looking... she keeps searching.. she starts to lose hope and then, finally, she has to go crawling back. )

When Electra left the car, Alister took his stuff and went back towards the highway and started walking down it, holding out his thumb in the hopes he could catch a ride. Soon, he did catch a ride back into town. He was going to go home, and he was going to forget he'd ever met her. That any of this happened. He would tell his boss he was kidnapped or something, even if he was fired he'd just get another job. His apartments rent should still be paid so he could just go there and fix it up. He now only hoped the world would end soon, so he didn't have to deal with any of this anymore.

( I kind of see her coming back with the food and waters as Alister walks away but she pulls an Alaska and her pride stops her form stopping him. )

(Yeah, okay!)

When Electa got the sandwiches and the waters, she saw Alister walking away. She almost called out for him to stop and come back, but the words got stuck in her throat. And then he was gone. She climbed up into the old suburban and slammed the door, which might not ever open again, but whatever. She was too mad to care. She put the stuff into the passenger seat. The tires squealed as she reversed. The vehicle made a grinding sound as she shifted into drive and floored it.

" So, where am I takin' ya friend? " Asked the tall, brown haired man with a slight southern drawl. Alister replied with, " Manhattan, I live there. " The person driving looked a little surprised. " Manhattan? Well someones got their life goin' good. What do ya do? " Alister replied after a moment, " Well usually I work an officer job but I also am an assistant to a big designer. I lost all my money so.. I can pay you for the ride when we get there? " The man shook his head and just smiled. " No need, I don't need anymore money. I think I have enough to be happy. " And so the drive continued, and before daybreak he was back home, cleaning it up from the wreck it had been made. Luckily, he hadn't been fired as someone came to his apartment and saw the scene and as it turns out, everyone in his officer floor was looking for him.
