The wolf, which had quickly hopped from Luca's arms, lays just a few feet away from Sammy now. It doesn't respond to her question; just stares at her.

"Shhh... Sh... Shhh... You're alright... I wish you no harm" I say smiling slightly in concern and open my hands "see no weapons" but by accident my grey fire lights up and bursts to life I jump away from the wolf to keep it from harm.
