Aether and Leaf sped up as well, laughing to each other.

Indigo picked up a small ****** of rock that had found its way into his cell. As he looked at it, he smiled. Maybe it could help him escape?

"I don't think that will be a problem." Tails wrote a quick note explaining where he was going for Sonic.

The officer looked at Indigo, "Why would you do something so foolish?"

The echidna nodded once and helped Ajal into one of the other seats.

'Depends on how much you know about me,' Indigo muttered. 'At first glance, it's basically a form of twisted genocide.'

Ajal tried to keep his eyes open during the flight.
Tails got to the island in record time.

"Still was it worth it to you," The officer asked.

Indigo laughed, a raw sound. 'It took twenty years, but yes. I think so.' He rubbed the small pebble between his forefinger and thumb thoughtfully. 'At least my fool of a sister didn't interrupt. That was really the best part.'
