"He's not a cat. Soultice is a familiar. He's my familiar. Also if your uncle had him as a cat it wouldn't go well for him," Ruby said watching Soultice lay down next to Dexter.

Ruby nodded, "I'm a witch. That's why I have a familiar. Luckily Soultice found a way to stop the curse. We need to find Bella and apparently your the key to finding it."

"Something has happened to your uncle," Soultice said helpfully as he started purring.
