Abyss bounced up and down, excited. He'd dreamed of parents, but he'd never thought that he actually could have parents. He had just known he'd existed, and he'd lived for a long time all on his own till he'd met Jasper.

"I guess we should start the torture," He said with a cold smile as Latte flinched, taking an uneasy step back.
He walked up to Abyss first, giving him a hug.
"I'm sorry for not visiting you in all these years. I hope you like the little gifts I gave you though," He said referring to the magic he had left for him and a the people he had led to their death.

Latte glanced at sleeping Chikatu, trembling a bit as he glanced back. He grabbed her sword, holding it awkwardly, hands trembling.

Latte paled, glad that Chikatu was asleep. He took another uneasy step back, still trembling badly.
