I found a person willing to sell me a pb AL Vul with Sparkle Runes but it will take a while to get one since both of her Vuls only carry the trait. I just thought I'd let you know that I will have one eventually that you can use.
Even though you don't have all of the Genes yet I would start breeding so you can get a head start even though you're missing a gene.
