Personality: He rarely speaks. When he does it's sarcasm, threats, or insults. He absolutely resents anybody different than him, especially minorities. He has a peculiar accent that sounds like a weird amalgamation of a bunch of different accents. He should probably be roomates with somebody, but I don't have anyone in mind. And he is Rhia's brother. More specifically, the one who was supposed to translate for her when she was in court.
