"I'm not sure what you mean by broken and lost spirit but by the way to look when you speak of a broken spirit I would assume i'd be a lost one," He eyed the she-cat suspiciously, prepared if she decided to strike.

"I am but a Queen. I lived with my upwalkers as a Lost Spirit until the Group took me in. Those who do not accept their beliefs are Broken Spirits." Delinqua felt the wind ruffle her tail as she made a Group gesture for Sibera to come join her.

"Well, I am what many call a stray, no home or upwalkers to live with. I have not heard of your beliefs but am willing to try anything if it'll get me out of trying to find hollow trees to sleep in," Taboo was still quite suspicious, but if he were to join he'd at least be out of the harsh environment and have some real shelter and a bit of a family.

Delinquas pierced ear flicked, "I am still learning myself. The one you should speak too is the Legend. To except the Groups terms.. it means you will not be able to leave the camp without permission and follow strict rules. To deny, you will be purified for your sins and eaten. Any injured cats will be classified as Broken Spirits too. The legend must not be denied and the Ebony Light speaks to us through dreams. The Group members are called Spirits. Lost spirits are anyone outside of the group who have not joined or denied."

"Is it possible for a Broken spirit to somehow escape the ritual you do?" He hoped that his questions were not suspicious, he was getting an odd feeling that live in this group would be worse than what he lived now.

"The Ebony light would kill them. It is sacred enough to destroy the world." she raised her chin a little higher, stepping forward, her black fur glowing in the light slightly.

"Even if they are outside of where this Ebony Light is?" He further pressed, intent on getting the most information out of the she cat before he made his final decision.

"The ebony light controls the silver gem in silverpelt as well as the golden gem" her ears pinned back and tail swayed more noticeably.

"Please explain to me what these gems are and what they do," A small smirk could be noticed on his face as he watched the Queen's body movements.
