Snowfire walked over to Janus and, sighing, picked her up and carried her over to the now darkened inn to rest.
"Well, then, now there's a Lingerer Slayer."

(Okay, I think I pinged everyone.)
Eiqua~
Eiqua let out a shaky breath from underneath her cloak, her breath condensing into a small white cloud. The forest was cold; too cold for this time of year. Each step ended in a loud crunch as the brittle grass and frozen leaves crumpled against her feet. She was on guard, as she knew that something had to have caused this unnatural change, and was likely heading to the nearby town. Under normal circumstances, she would have used a small bit of fire magic to heat her body, but she knew all too well that there are some creatures that would feel even that small bit she used, so she gritted her teeth and paced forward.
The sound of flapping wings overhead made her pick up her pace. The beast creating them was large, and was heading the same direction she was, making her worry. A beast that size could easily raze the nearby town if it wasn't stopped, and she may be the only one who could stop it, and even then, it would be at a great cost to herself. Her large ears raised the best she could, she listened for more signs of dangerous beasts as she now ran, cloak flapping behind her as she did so.
She arrived in the town as soon as the beast flew away from it, making her question what it was and who drove it off. Sadly, it still caused casualties and wrecked a few buildings, but she doubted there was any way to prevent nothing from happening. As she walked into town, she adjusted her cloak to wrap around herself fully once again, searching for whoever had stopped the beast.
Azyr~
The air was cold and reeked of decay. The ground colder to the touch than it had been earlier. It had also stopped feeling...pointed? It was hard, and his claws clicked on it like the hard surfaces he came across in the place he normally hunted. His ears picked up sounds of screaming, but were they cheerful or frightened? He also heard a roar too big to be from the wildlife he hunted. Larger than a noise he could make.
He heard the sounds of something breaking, falling apart, and shortly afterwards, the smell of freshly spilt blood. A screech rang out from somewhere (twisting metal; Azyr doesn't have a word for it), followed by the clicking not dissimilar to his claws on the ground. He paced forward on all fours, hearing many steps going the opposite way. He tackled one, thinking it was a friend, but it quickly scurried away, frightened.
Thinking it was prey, he tackled another, this one smaller than before, but before he sunk his teeth into it, the thing that had roared before let out another, even louder roar, causing him to shift his attention that direction again. He heard the sound of something small hitting the ground, the sound of large wings flapping, and then a slightly louder sound of something bigger in size hitting the ground. Azyr's prey took this distraction to run away, leaving his massive paws once again empty.
Curious, Azyr made his way towards the source of the smell of rot, wondering if he'd find a friend or maybe small prey feeding on whatever was rotting. If that failed, he could still smell the scent of many things that could be prey, so he could hunt them later. He tapped his claws on the ground and let out low clicks as he moved forward, making sure he didn't run into anything that he couldn't detect with his ears.

When I came to, I opened my middle eye first and realized I couldn't see out of it. When I opened the other two, I noticed the same thing. Trying to sit up, I became aware of my lower left arm being unable to move. "I broke my arm, didn't I?"
