"Yeah, yeah. Goodnight Annie!" Belladonna - aka buttons - called after her as she went her own separate way.

Annie puffed up one cheek, her disappointment was clearly etched upon her face. She had hoped Buttons would stay a little longer to play but she knew her father would be expecting her back for dinner. She nodded solemnly and muttered "Yeah... See you tomorrow."

Buttons walked back to the place she called home at the current time - a barn. Awkwardly, she climbed through the hole in the old door and, to no one in particular, called out, "I'm home!" Hearing nothing but the echo of her voice, she settled into the hay into the corner of the room and snuggled down, really hoping that the night would hurry up so she could see her friend again.

TIMESKIP TO THE NEXT DAY

Buttons hardly even gave herself the time to eat breakfast as she sprinted up to the castle. She edged around the guards and the castle gates to reach Annie's window to see her sleeping soundly. "Wake up!" She whispered, and she got no reply, an idea struck her. Chuckling, she pulled a feather from her backpack and began tickling her friend's face, playfully waiting to see her friend's hilarious reaction.

Annie grinned internally as she heard her friend whisper her name, she intended to prank her hardcore. Then, Annie felt a feather come into contact with her face and held in her fits of laughter, instead of the hilarious reaction Buttons intended, Annie grabbed hold of her arm and sat up abruptly her eyes half rolled into her head, she had been practising and she let out a zombie like moan.

Buttons let out a loud shriek and almost lost her balance on the window ledge. "Wh-whoa!" She yelled, sticking her arms out in all directions, until she heard a gasp and felt herself quickly get pulled in through the window. Annoyed, Buttons swatted Annie gently. "You butt, that could've hurt!"

Annie smiled sheepishly, scratching her head and whispered, "I... I'm really sorry. I thought it would be funny and it was well until you almost fell.... That was terrifying." Annie dragged Buttons onto her bed and sat upright staring at her brightly. "So what should we do today?" She asked a huge grin encased her face.

Buttons grinned evilly. "What else is there to do?" She let out a quick laugh, and then squealed, "Let's cause chaos!"

Annie burst out laughing and nodded her head rapidly. "Yeah! Let's prank one of my family first! I know just who!"

Buttons raised her eyebrow and plots began hatching in her mind. "Who?" She asked.

Andromeda giggled and ran around in a circle around her and whispered, "You're going to get in SOO much trouble.... We're going to prank the......... Wait for it..... Queen!"
