Dax stood growling still her eyes lit up brightly. "That's right! That will teach you to mess with me!" She barked at the Griffi. She turned to the small winged creature. "Who are you?" She said her eyes returning to normal.

Splash stared at the Griffi flying away. She felt a twinge of sympathy, it had obviously been through a lot.

Blaze harrumphed at the Griffi as it left. Good riddance. His fire stopped and he sat down to lick his paws.

She looked at the now excited Ryori, "My name's Splash, I'm a Ny'vene. Over there," she pointed her head at Blaze, "is my friend Blaze the Lighira."

He is almost completely black even his eyes, except for some red patches on his claws that look like blood stains. He has feathered wings and is larger than most Griffis

(Ekka) Ekka saw the conflict and she slowly crept into a bundle of vines to hide. 'what do i do' she thinks and the flowers on her head glow in anger and she keeps quiet

(Flora) Flora saw Ekka sneak into the vines and Flora ran into the middle of the cave and yells "STOP IT!" she looks around at everyone "we shouldn't fight each other, the real enemy is the ones that hunt us" she says then places a paw on her face and sighs in anger.

Hannibal grinned yes that's it fight! Fight he thought smiling. He frowned when his mother stepped in better leave before she suspects. he thought and flew away i'll leave Crystal be... For now He thought Evily as he flew away towards his volcano.

Dax coward at the shouting, he ears back and eyes dim. She hated yelling, and scoldings. She whimpered and hide behind Splash.

Hansel came at the sounds his hair standing on end. "A fight? Where?! I'll take care of anyone that attacks us!" He barked.

Crystal covered the entrance to her cave in thick thorns not bothering with the intricate peeping holes. why did I do that? she kept wondering over and over again. Well now you know one thing, the only second chance of getting a family and you ruined it. Crsytal headed to the darkest part of her cave. She normally ordered some light but now was not the time for any thing bright or cheerful. She curled up and rested her beak on her paws Why do I always end up failing my family? she thought before she slowly drifted into an uneasy sleep.

Hannibal stomped into the opening of his lair. "Welcome back boss." Hannibal turned and looked at the draeyl that stood nervously in his throne room. "Report minion." He said as he flopped down on his "throne" which was mainly made of dead plants and animal bones and flesh. "Yes sir." The Draeyl said and stood up straight taking in a deep breath. "I found some of the children sir! One was a bulbori with golden flowers growing from her back, the other seemed to be a female griffi, There is another suspected child a Faelora! Sir." He said staring straight ahead "is that all?" Hannibal asked disappointed " unfortunately for you I already know this and more I was watching the whole thing, I was quite surprised that your scouts didn't realize that the thorns were just a barrier." He drawled smiling maliciously as the Draeyl squirmed under his gaze."Sorry sir won't happen again sir!" He said "it better not or I'll cut your rations, you may leave." He said and watched as the Draeyl gave a little bow and scuttled out of the room. might have to kill him later Hannibal thought a little bored

She gently soothed the little Ryori. "I know, the Griffi started it though," she said to the Vulnyx.

Blaze was calming down but still angry at that blasted Griffi that dared to attack him.
