Luna relaxed visably obviously this wolf meant no harm to them. Still he was shaking so hard, a guilty feeling rose in her throught "it's ok." she said her voice no longer a growl "you can stand up, but no funny business" she said smiling to show she was only joking. Luna turned to Grace and gave her a lopsided smile looking at the stranger out of the corner of her eyes "you wanna help me bring him to Culon?" she asked then turned back to him "follow me" she said motioning with her head towards where Culon had been.

They had not attacked him, at least not yet. Were they telling the truth, were they not going to attack him? Miles rolled back over onto his belly and slowly followed the female wolf in a sort of low crawl with his tail tucked firmly between his legs. He was still shaking though not as much as he had been. "I-I...m-my name I-is Miles...." He said in a rather shaky voice.

"Miles hugh? that's a nice name." Luna replied twisting around and smiling at him. "You don't have to be so scared Culon is great if you wanna join the pack I'm sure he'll allow you. What are you good at?" she asked trying to keep him talking, she wanted to calm him down and in her experiance that was the best way.

What was he good at? Was he good at anything? Miles thought for a moment before standing up a bit though his tail was still tucked. "I-I...." He paused again. "I don't really know what I'm good at..." He admitted sadly. He hung his head down in shame.

Luna began to feel even more guilty. She paused thinking rapidly "uh.. well uh.... I could help you find out" she said lamely. Great job talking is doing she thought to herself "uh does anything interest you?" she asked hopefully forgetting about Culon and stopping and turning towards him

Interests? Did he have any of those? Miles thought again for a moment. "Not really." He said simply thinking still. Shifting interested him, to be able to see all the different animals he could become and to improve at shifting. But he could not tell her that, she would think him crazy like all the others did. Though deep inside he really wanted to tell someone or to at least show them. "There is something, but you'll think it's insane."

Luna smiled broadly "Go ahead, I like insane" She sat and waited for him to speak smiling

Really? Miles thought for a moment. "Shifting interests me." He said simply. He forgot that he was the only one who knew what this meant

Luna jumped to her paws "I KNEW YOU WERE A SHIFTER" she howled delightedly. she then looked at Miles smiling as big a grin as a wolf could and shaking her tail so hard she thought she would fall over "I LOVE shifting too." she confessed she didn't know why but she was suddenly just pouring out words "I love running through the woods on four legs, smelling all the scents of prey, howling and barking, and the ears and tail are the COOLEST!" she said happily galloping in circles around him "and the feeling of the wind in your fur when you run." she panted then flopped down on the grass sprawling her legs in front of her "I don't know how i could live without being able to shift." she said panting happily

Wait what? Miles looked at her confused. "You mean you can shift too? What animals can you change in to, other than a human and a wolf?" Suddenly he was just asking questions. Here he had thought that he was just a no body, a freak among normals. To find someone else that had his some ability was amazing!
