Starlett with out so much as a second thought follows Astly this mare had been kind to her and she was ready to take on any challenge she wanted



Striker realized immediately that there just as many guardians as there were mares and like a shot he was following close by Starlett keeping and eye on her at all times acting like the guardian he now was



Jezzabella saw how close Starlett and Striker were and it made her jealous with out a real reason she trotted up to Starlett to bite her in her rear flank



Orin seeing that Astly had no one to guard her yet trotted over and took his place by her side seeing he was slightly bigger than her despite his age he made up his mind "I will guard you" he made it a statement nothing more and nothing less and he spoke in a mono tone as if this was something he had been doing his entire life and had a determent look that said he wouldn't take no for an answer



Savanna needed a guard but she didn't know who to ask everyone seemed to have someone except her and Jezzabella who seemed to be after Striker she giggled at the way Jezzabella went to bite Starlett instead of just asking Striker to be her guard

"We must go deeper into the tree little one all the way to it's heart for you to hear it's voice"

again the wind blew around them swirling in circles around both Angel and Morning Glory

before blowing off to the right and Angel immediately followed the wind

Fallen's wing was bleeding and cut but he just ignored it as he removed his wing from Svet

"We have to go this way" he said leading her to a giant dead tree with gnarled branches broken and dark it was a mirror image of the Great Tree back the way they had come

The Gnarled Dead Tree opened to allow them entrance and a cold wind ice and frigid like it had just come straight from the arctic blew around them and Fallen raised his wings up high Stretching them and feeling the icy wind in his wings soothing the pain he felt in the right one from the torns

"We have to go inside he said turning to Svet" he waited patiently for a response

Morning Glory trots to the heart of the tree. "Are we there yet?" she yawns.

Svet looks at him. "your hurt."

Dizza touches her shoulder to Sabeyin's. "we should celebrate." she smiles, walking a head to join the others. Sabeyin follows.

Hades still stands by the white mare. "What is to come of the filly?" he ask worried

"Almost little one" he says gently nuzzling her face he walks to a notch and rears up on his hind legs and spreads his huge wings wide once again giving a great big flap and a part of the tree blows apart and inside is a small glowing sphere he carefully walks inside the small room "This is the trees heart" he tells the little one



"My wing will be fine he" he said a little harsher than he meant "come on if we don't get inside it will close" he said spreading one of his wings wide as if offering her entrance

Morning Glory sniff the tree. "Hello tree..." she smiles. "is this where i get my suprise?"

Svet walks in. "whats in here?"

Grey feather follows the band of happy horses, hoping to next time get a good role in the herd.

"Hello Little one how are you" a light airy voice resonates from the the glowing blue orb that is the trees heart it lifts in the air and circles Morning Glory then Angel before going back to Morning Glory "you may leave Angel" the little blue orb's glow becomes brighter as it speaks Angel bows his head and leaves the room and bark grows behind him as if it is a door shutting



Fallen could tell Svet seemed concerned "This is where you will see why Morning Glory is so important" he says in a deep voice the arctic wind biteing into his wings making them feel cool and nice "let's go and stay close there are dangerous things here
