i think i also needed to give something to the world in my own way to feel better, you know? if i cant give away pets yet since i dont have many, i can name some for people who struggle with that! it just feels better to help people. really its the only thing keeping me going, acts of service and loving kindness towards others. i do have a therapist amd she helps a lot, dbt is amazing.
