The dragon took the gem and put it away, then eyed your hand, hesitated, then leaned in. Suddenly, it roared in pain and swiveled its head around.

A masked man was whipping it and yelling. It whipped the dragon again, and the dragon roared and shot fire at you guys, which Cole blocked with the shield.

The man uses the whip to grab your arm and throw the katana aside. Surpsing everyone, your other hand flew up with the sword/shield that you never put away, and put it on his throat. The man blinked, dropped the whip, and went on his knees.
