"Mmm... I see" I say turning back to my cold fire "mine's cold... Is that normal...?" I ask still fiddling with it.

"For you in particular, it may be. Power and heat aren't directly correlated, so it's not a bad thing."

I look at him eyebrow raised "is so cold it feels like it coukd burn... I guess..." I say looking at the smoke drawing that still stuck in the air.

Latan holds out his palm. The fire turns sea blue. "This is the coldest flame I can possibly summon. It's almost freezing temperature, but it can burn on for a very long time."

I nod "woah..." I say looking at it as my grey flames flicker on my palm creating no light, I turn to Sibnele and press a soft hand upon his head to check if he was over heating or not.

Latan extinguishes his flame. The air warms back up.

Sibnele feels a little cold. . .that's odd.

I inhale sharply, "is he always this... Cold..?" I ask worry clear in my gaze as I glance at Latan, my coat still wrapped around Sibnele.

Latan frowns. He gently lays the back of his hand against Sibnele's forehead. "No. . .well, I mean, he's always chilly, but not to this extent."

My body freezes in concern, still looking at Sibnele in concern.

Latan pokes Sibnele's shoulder. "Well, he's not dead," he says. "I can hear him breathing."

Sibnele twitches a little.
