"No, the truth is that you guys are big fakes," Jake said, crossing his arms over his chest.

"Leave us alone, we have things to take care of," Electa said.

"Like what?"

She slammed the door in his face. "Like finishing what Alister and I started!" She said that just to get Jake away. For the most part.

Alister didn't take it that way.. and he kind of looked very, very embarrassed.. and suddenly shy..

"Whew!" She said, leaning against the door. "He was much too stubborn. He needs to learn to not be so defiant." Her heart was racing faster than normal, though. She noticed he had gotten shy. "You okay?"

" I'm gonna go take a long, cold shower.. " He mumbled and went over to the restroom, seeming completely out of it.

"Wait," she said, catching his hand before he went into the bathroom. "What's wrong?" There was a genuine concern in her eyes

" I feel like I am a million degrees hot.... and I didn't know if you meant what you said or not so it made it worse.. and that Jake dude is scary. "

"Yeah, Jake's scary," she said dismissively. She then said with more vigor, "Wait, I thought we were just..." She began to get embarrassed as well. "If I would've known you would've reacted like this I wouldn't have said it. I'm sorry," she said

" It's fine.. I was mostly acting, but Jake is about as nutty as a fruitcake and doesn't take a hint. But I did mean what I say, I am not the jealous type and you weren't interested in him. "

She smirked and rocked on her heels. "Does that mean you think I'm yours?"

Alister tried to speak.. and then he thought about it.. " W-well I-I.. I mean.. I.. " He couldn't even form a sentence then.
