He leads him to the front door, nodding to the guards as he usually does in the morning as they walk on towards the stables casually.

Nick perked up at the idea of riding a horse. He avoided eye contact with any of the guards, wondering if they all knew about Nicholas 'boasting about a kingdom he doesn't even know'.

They certainly did, but with the prince next to the boy they couldn't glare without being sentenced to the dungeons.

Caspian takes Nick's hand, bowing his head slightly to kiss the top of Nick's hand before opening the barn door for him.

Nick muttered a 'thanks' and entered, looking around for a horse that looked pretty fast

Caspian goes straight to his horse, mounting and gently petting the black mane of the stallion. "Choose one with a saddle already on it." He informs.

Nicholas nodded. "Okay, I will." He chose a dun paint horse. He climbed up into the saddle. Nick wasn't sure where they were going and figured he should probably know since he was the one that didn't want to stay.

"Follow me." He mutters quietly, digging his heels into the horse's sides, "Try not to make it look suspicious." He winks at his mate, chuckling.

Nick nodded, guiding his horse to follow Caspian's. "Turns out we didn't need the excuses, huh?" Nick murmured quietly

"This is part of the excuse, I'm not walking to a rouges territory. Pfft, are you crazy?" He chuckles.

"Wait, hold on. You're calling me crazy when you're going to lead us right into the enemies hands?" Nick was starting to worry
