Kaladin trudged back to the village, trying not to think too hard about the recent misfourtune. He cast Selkie a glance, just to see how well he was holding up.

Selkie was trugging behind Kaladin just trying to keep a stony face.

Kaladin sighed. He didn't think he could offer much comfort, anyway; There was nothing to say, really.

Nathanial saw Selkie and went toward him, "You okay?"
"I will be just fine," Selkie replies.
Nathanial takes a step back, "Okay you want space I get that. By the way Skipper is leaving tomorrow."
"I am aware of that," Selkie works to keep his tone calm and even.
Marcos smiles and brings Pheniox (if he was still with him) to Selkie, "Hola."
"Hi Marcos," Selkie greets.

"Awwk. Hola, Hello!" Pheonix chimed in.
Locke frowned upon noticing Selkie's expression.

Selkie notices Locke, "You aren't going with Skipper?"

"Well, Ah'd rather be stuck with ah pleasant captian." Locke said with a wink.

Selkie manages a small smile, "True that and you agrees to take Marcos on as your student and Skipper wouldn't allow any of us on his ship."

Locke nodded once to Marcos. "Tha' too. Though Ah bet Ah coulda coaxed Skip inta lettin' him tag along."
