Kurt smiled reassuringly knowing she couldn't see it. "Well? I know something's wrong." He said quietly smiling when she put her hand over his before moving his hand around to cover hers lifting it slightly to kiss her knuckles.

Katherine smiled as he kissed her knuckles. "Oh do you?" she teased quietly, setting the made grilled cheese in the pan to brown the bread and melt the cheese. Slowly turning around to face him, wrapping her arms around his waist and rest her chin on his chest. Looking up at him with a smile, she couldn't help but smile when she saw him. Seeing him made everything better. Looking into his eyes with a smile, getting lost in them.

Kurt shook his head rubbing the back of his neck with an embarrassed smile. "Yeah. I 'm pretty good at reading other people. Now what is it?" He asked smiling a little as he put his hands on her waist. "Or do I have to tickle it out of you?" He teased quietly.

Katherine sighed a little before feeling his hands on her side. "No..." she answered quietly. "Do you want to flip them or should I?" she asked, talking about the grilled cheese. Rubbing her face against his chest gently, taking in his scent. Trying to change the subject.

Kurt sighed with her trying to change the subject. He reached around her flipping the sandwiches for her. "There. They're flipped now what is wrong?" He asked her hugging her gently, resting his chin on her head. "It's obviously bugging you a lot and I want to know what it is. How else would I fix it?" He added kissing the top of her head.

Katherine smiled as he held her and kissed her forehead. She sighed, resting her head gently against his chest again. "why do you care so much?" she asked quietly, tensing a little in his arms. Wondering if they could be lie that old couple. Slightly smiling at the thought.

Kurt chuckled softly. "Because I like it a whole lot better when you're happy." He said quietly feeling her tense. "Please just tell me what's wrong?" He asked rubbing her back gently before glancing at the sandwiches to make sure they weren't burning.

Katherine smiled looking up into his eyes. "But I-I am happy, you make me happy. I don't care about anything else, those girls mean nothing as long as your here." she said quietly. Her face inches from his as she looked into his eyes, needing to know how he felt.

Kurt frowned a little his eyebrows drawing together. "What girls?" He said not able to keep in his slight anger at the idea someone was mistreating Katherine. He held her a little closer protectively.

Katherine tensed a little at his bit of anger. "J-Just some girls f-from work..." she said nervously. She relaxed in his arms as he held her closer. She felt safe, as if she was at home again. Her heart raced as she looked into his eyes, sure he could feel her heart beating extremely fast. Realizing how close they were to each other since he held her closer. A bit of a blush formed on her face as she looked into his vivid blue eyes, loosing herself in them.
