"We can try..." Kaladin shrugged, though he had his doubts.

Douglas quickly went to find Locke, "Locke where are you?"

Locke was sitting alongside Nathaniel and Marcos, engaged in a casual conversation with the two.

Marcos saw Douglas first and ducked behind Nathanial.
"Skipper we have permission to be on land from our captian," Nathanial growls.
Douglas shakes his head, "Locke, Nathanial, Marcos I need your help please involving your captain; Selkie need to be watched while Kaladin and myself go look for clues. Any questions?"
"Why us," Nathanial asks.
"You're the only ones who cn get through his thick skull," Douglas answers.

Locke tipped his head slightly to the side. "Frist off, tha' ain't Skip. Secondly, Chief's gotta point." He commented.

Marcos looks at Douglas.
"My name is Douglas," Douglas introduces himself, "Are you willing to help?"
'Aye," Nathanial agrees.

Locke swished his tail. "Aye!" He barked.
"Awwk! Aye wolfie!" Pheonix squawked.

"Aye," Marcos agrees as he rubs Pheniox's head, "Aye Pheniox."
"Good Selkie should be in the village and if he is not you have my permission to hunt him down and drag him back," Douglas starts walking toward the village.

Locke frowned and looked over at the others once Douglas was out of earshot. "What's tha' chance o' him listenin' ta ye?" He asked Nathaniel.

Kaladin was ready and waiting for Douglas.

"Depends on his mood and why he's trying to go," Nathanial answers.

Douglas walks toward Kaladin, "Ready when you are."
