It leads further inland, instead of towards the Lorelei island. It smells colder than normal.

There's little bits of frost on the ground. They're mostly melted, but it's far too warm for frost to naturally form.

It's pretty clearly some sort of trail. It leads for several miles, the frost more solid as they keep going. Soon they can see that they're in the shape of pawprints and hooveprints- the exact kind of markings Ysi's feet would leave.
