Kurt got out of his car and walked around to help Katherine with her bags. "So, what's for lunch chief Katherine?" He asked her picking up the grocery bags smiling at her, ready to follow her up to her apartment.

Katherine smiled at his joke. "It's a surprise" she teased, her face inches from his before grabbing the rest of the bags and hopping out. Shutting the door behind her and locking it. Walking up to the apartment and digging her key out of her purse to unlock her door.

Kurt smiled watching her as he shifted the bags in his arms a little. "I like surprises." He said quietly as he thought about it a little. Sarah liked saying that a lot. She had rubbed off on him a bit, he guessed. He rolled his neck a little pushing back the memories.

Katherine smiled opening the door. She held it open for him before seeing something was wrong. She frowned a little. "W-What's wrong?" she asked quietly, scared she may have done something. She bit her lip nervously as she watched him before looking at the ground.

Kurt looked at her a little dazed looking before clearing his throat. "Nothing, just thinking about my roommate's little bash tonight. I'd invite you but I don't want his friends touching you. They're all pervs." He said half true. He had thought about it earlier and it was bugging him still. He walked into her apartment and into the kitchen putting the bags down.

Katherine set the bags down as he spoke, turning around to face him before moving closer to him. taking his shirt collar in her hand. Pulling him a bit closer. "Oh you don't think i can handle myself huh?" she teased, looking into his eyes. Biting her lip, trying not to smile.

Kurt smiled lifting his hands defensively. "No! I'm not saying that at all!" He said mock fear before smiling again. "It's more of a defending them because they have no self control and they'd try and pin you down." He said seriously looking her in the eye. "They've done it before only it was an actually game thing that the girl was in on." He said looking her in the eyes pleading her to understand.

Katherine smiled, not really taking him seriously. "Well you don't have to worry because i won't be in on any of the games" she said with a smile, looking into his eyes. "I haven't meet your roommate either and i have my smart boyfriend, so there is nothing to worry about" she said with another smile, slightly blushing. She leaned a bit closer before gently pressing her lips against his in a quick kiss. Her other arm wrapping around his neck. Pulling away after a couple seconds to look in his eyes, searching for any emotion he was feeling at that moment.

Kurt tensed slightly, surprised by the kiss. He looked at her with wide eyes when she pulled away a blush on his face. "I'd honestly rather you didn't come. They rough house a lot and the only reason I'm not asking you to go someplace with me is because they'll destroy my stuff." He explained before smiling a little at her brushing her cheek with his knuckles.

Katherine smiled at his blush, starting to blush herself. "well then we definitely need to be there so they don't break your stuff huh" she said softly. Closing her eyes as she felt his knuckles against her cheek. He knew she loved when he did that and she couldn't help but blush more. After a few moments she forced herself to moved, picking up the groceries to start making the food.
