Locke shrugged, shaking the water off his fur. "Aye? An' how would ye have figured?" He casually asked.

"The captain's a stormcaller and with him he most likely, in his short time stomcalling, met another and lost," Nathanial answers, "Not to be disrespectful but the captain has little control over his powers when I last saw him."

"Actually, 's the other way 'round. He fought me an' I lost." Locke remarked with a light chuckle. "Laddie still has ways ta go in terms of control, but storms, is he ah strong one. Lots 'o potential, too."

"He... he won," Nathanial paddles over to Locke, "Selkie really won?"

"He sank a bloody ship. I'd say he won." Locke replied.

"Wowser," Nathanial got out of the water, "does Yannis know?"
Marcos looks around then saw Locke and Nathanial sitting on the bank. Swimming over because he doesn't want another suprise he looks at Nathanial with curious eyes.
"Later," Nathanial tells Marcos, "and aside from me is there anyone willing to help Marcos learn English?"

"Yannis knows. Tha' said, as happy as Ah'd be ta teach Marcos, me accent prob'ly doesn't make me ideal.... Can't help ye much there."

As if understanding Marcos turns his gaze on Locke, "Por favor."

"You'd be suprised," Nathanial chuckles, "I'm from Spangolia too."

Locke eyed Marcos for an extended moment, then sighed and ofdered a small smile. "Aye, then."

Marcos returns the smile.
"How about starting now," Nathanial suggests as he points to Pheniox, "Pheniox is a Macaw."
"Ma... maca... macaw," Marcos tries to say the word.
