"Ah think ah normal fellow would turn tail at that sight o' one, but ye never can tell." Locke shrugged.

"True unless your talking about an otter."

"Well, Ah did say 'normal'." Locke noted with a chuckle. "Aye, look there." He said softly, pointing at a colorful macaw perched in a tree nearby.

"Pretty bird," Nathanial remarks.
Marcos holds up a cracker to it and says in Spanish, 'Polly want a cracker?"
"Of course that line."

The macaw looked down at the three, head tilted to the side. He hopped down to a lower branch.

The macaw fluttered down so that he was at Marcos' eye level. He let out a squawk and fanned his tail feathers.

(Ouch, no you didn't, and does a tocan have just as much bite power as a blue macaw?)

"Beautiful bird," Nathanial translates as Marcos starts whistling softly to the bird.

(Like, It was a miniature tocan and I've learned to take bird nips from my mini macaw, so it wasn't terrible but it certianally hurt a bit. I think macaws have a worse bite, though; they can apparently have a bite force anywhere from 500-2000 psi. Compare that to our 150 psi, and macaws can send you to the ER.)

The macaw shuffled to the edge of the branch and curiously took the cracker in his bill. He sort of just waved it around, though; He'd never seen a cracker before.

Marcos took out another cracker and started eating it, "See good."

(Wow and extreme ouch.)
