Sonic raised his quills slightly, barely enough to lightly prick the attacker, and shoved his arms out to the side abruptly, gaining some leeway. He swiftly slipped free. "Mm, gotta try harder than that~!" He teased, tossing the pillow at Ajal.

Knuckles merely watched with a small gleam in his eye. A Knuckles smile, if Sonic ever saw one.

Kini frowned noticing the crack, "Sorry Colbalt I didn't mean to."

"I was trying to be gentle." Ajal caught the pillow and pounced on Sonic with the pillow; he used the pillow to block the quills. He used a mock pin still trying to be gentle.

Cobalt's left eye flickered dark as his right grew to a reddish purple.

Kini redoubled his hold, "Joe need extra help! Get someone to try to disarm Colbalt or at least stop Indigo."

Cobalt's features lit with pain, as if he was just now registering the strike. After a few seconds, they dropped blank again, his eye turning red again as he struggled once more.

"Stay down and I will try to be more gentle." Kini growled, "Besides you did that to yourself."

Indigo rubbed his upper arm, which was starting to burn with a dull pain.

"Indigo you coward show yourself." The snow lepoard growled.

Sonic grabbed Ajal by the arm and rolled to the side, effectively escaping once again.
