She jumped then ran off. She wasnt that quick like most her packmates. Not long after she had began running, she tripped over a large rock. She got back up to her paws and started more of a fast walk.

Soot, hearing the sound of unfamiliar barking, broke into a sprint. When he arrived at the scene, he wasted no time attacking. A surge of anger and wrath rolled off of him, threatening to drown his conscious. He didn't notice and didn't care when Blue started running. He had only one thought in mind --- to protect and to kill.

Blue noticed Soot and her heart sort of skipped a beat. Her thoughts went back to the pup the wolf had been carrying. Dont! She cried. She rushed towards Soot and stopped him before he could get to the male and the pup.

Crow was taken by surprise having not expected the male to come out of nowhere and attack. Snapping he easily threw the other off himself. So there was to be a fight? That was one thing he was good at. Growling sharply he lowered his head circling the male. "This doesn't involve you!" Crow barked.

Soot shook the healer off, but he didn't tear his gaze away from Crow. "Get back, Blue, " he commanded with a growl. The beta narrowed his eyes at the rogue. "Leave our territory and take your pup with you, " he spat. "This is the only mercy you'll get from me."

Blue nodded and backed off. She lowered her head. Her tailed swayed back and forth as she waited for the encounter to be over.

Every ounce of his being told him that he could take the other yet he backed away slowly. Lilac yelped lightly as she was picked up. Never taking his eyes from the two he backed away before turning and running off towards the Crooked Heart camp.

As soon as Crow was gone, Soot whirled around, focusing on Blue. "You idiot! How dare you attack me and defend the enemy!" He snarled at her, backing her into a corner. "What were you thinking?!"

While licking Alpha Raindrop realized that is what a mates would do.
"Sorry," She mumbled before running out of camp in embarrassment.

Blue whined a little. Th-the pup! I didnt want you to hurt the pup. It is so young and I hate such young wolves to be hurt. She said. She burst into tears. Her tail drooped and she turned her head away from him.
