I'm not trying to out do anyone, or hamper them in any way. They would all be treated equal no doubt, though they would be given titles based off of their contributions to the ships over all well being. And if no one joins his crew so be it, he can always join Mangel. I'm not going to fight you over it.

Red Rose would not really oppose any of you (despite what she said in the RP Hawkeye, inside she does not have anything against Foxy ^^ she just want to be sure she would be taken seriously by who ever is going to be captain) She knows that once they'll officially be a crew, there would be rules to follow.
Annoying things such as having to share treasures, things like that...
And she doesn't want to be at the bottom of the hierarchy if there's one.

Maybe there could two captains, or a triumvirate sort of thing?
(Shayni wanted to be first mate and Isi kind of agreed, so maybe if there is more than one captain she should be one of them too).
Quartermasters is quite cool because it she coul have power in the ship but staying outside of the hierarchy and the whole fight for power (she would not become captain if the captain dies, it would be the first mate, then if the first mate dies, the second mate etc).
