Your character needs a little revision; first of all, for "gender", by the picture I'm assuming she's female.
Second, they have to have a role on the ship; what is her rank?

Their role is the job they have on the ship. The current available roles are:

Tactical officer:
Engineer:
Security guard:
Counselor

Their rank is how important they are; where they fall in the line of command.
