Angie got to the door and put her hand on it to see if it was hot only to yank her hand back quickly as the door itself caught on fire, burning her hand which caused to yelp loudly as she held her hand against her.
"Saga!" She yelled her voice hoarse before coughing more covering her mouth with her other hand. He mind told her she had to get out of there and she was starting to agree as she sat there coughing her eyes so watery she couldn't see.

Saga faintly whimpered as saliva left his mouth and quickly evaporated from the heat. His legs shook from the pain of his body releasing fire without him wishing to. Finally, after a long, hard fought battle...
Saga lost control of his demon.
A grin spread across his wolfy features as the spikes, usually hidden by the thick fur around his scruff, stood up and the demon on-purposely spilled more fire from its mouth as it ignored it's injured leg.

Casey spotted Angie in the midst of the smoke and the small, mute girl grasped Angie's hand, pulling on it. Casey's eyes were wide and worried as she tried her best to drag Angie out of the flaming building. Soon, Gerry also appeared and frowned before wrapping his arms around Angie's waste and struggled to pick the girl up. " W-we have to go! " he coughed out, his eyes thankfully not watering due to his goggles but his goggles beginning to get blacker from the smoke.

Angie bite her lip as she tried helping Casey move her. Her body shook out of control as she coughed. Her face and arms were black from the soot and smoke in the building. Her watering eyes made a few streaks down her cheeks.
She tensed a little when she felt Gerry's arms around her. She was a little surprised by it before closing her eyes coughing again as she held her injured hand against her to keep soot from getting in the wound.
She opened her mouth to speak but a small wheezing sound came out before she coughed again. She drifted in and out of awareness staying awake barely from the lack of air in her lungs.

Cassie held onto Angie's hand as she hurriedly walked through the thick smoke, the girl's eyes streaming with tears and her face ever so slightly blackened from the smoke. Gerry hurriedly followed after Cassie, still keeping his arms around Angie as they guided her out of the building and into the safe, streets. People had gathered round the burning building and sirens could be faintly be heard in the distance.
Suddenly, a small woman wearing a black dress tried to sprint into the building but Boss caught hold of her, the woman feebly reaching for the burning building.
" SAGA!! " the woman screeched, tears running down her pale face.

Angie coughed gulping in the fresh air when she got outside. She looked around to see if Saga was then but gave up when she heard someone yelling for him, plus she still couldn't really see because her eyes were still watery.
She coughed a bit more before moving to stand on her own a little wobbly. "Did Saga make it out?" She asked in a hoarse, small voice that was fairly hard to hear. She held her hand against her chest not wanting away to try and help her.
She knew if she got taken to the hospital Gorty would be angry and Gabe could make her feel better then they could anyway.
Angie thought for a bit before looking around for Nina wondering if she was alright.

Saga, the demon side of him, shifted back into its human form and only laughed as the fire burned and blackened the skin. The pain, it found it amusing as it caused the human side of Saga to scream in pain. The demon loved that.

Gerry coughed as he wiped the outside of his goggles clean. " That f***er will be fine... " Gerry said as he released Angie and deeply breathed in air due to him holding his breath when in there.
Nina, however, was standing out in the street staring at the burning building with wide eyes. No...she thought, this can't be happening! I worked so hard! I was so close! If that f***er turns out to be dead then...then...

Jake ran about the building before locating the room which was the source of the fire. The staff room. He kicked the frail, burning wood down and stared at the scene before him. Saga had a crazed look on his face as fire and smoke recklessly tumbled from his mouth. His spines, which he usually managed to hide in his own skin, were upright on his neck. Painful burns were covering the boy's flesh but Saga seemed to not care as he only smirked at Jake and spoke.
" Aw, well ain't it the little f***er Jake ~ " the boy taunted, his words ever so slightly muffled from the fire and smoke.
Jake frowned. " Saga, you need to come with me right n- "
Saga growled threatening and stooped onto all fours. " F*** NO! " he yelled at Jake.

Angie saw Nina and ran over to her clumsily. "Did you see Saga make it out?" She asked quietly coughing while covering her mouth. Her pink hair burnt at the edges.
She was really concerned about Saga. He had been in the room the fire had started in. Or at least she assumed so. She looked at Nina wondering what the girl was feeling.
Angie honestly felt horrible for her. What if Saga died in the fire? What if he died never knowing what really had happened last night?

Nina turned her head blankly towards Angie, taking a small time to process her words. Nina bit her bottom lip before looking back at the burning building and speaking in a shaky voice. " N-no... " she almost-whimpered as she forced tears to prick the corners of her eyes.

Jake advanced towards Saga, slowly with his hands help in a surrender position. " Saga, calm. Your freaking out... " Jake said, taking notice that his bandages had begun to burn and wither away. He had to get them both out of this dead trap, fast.
" NO! " Saga screamed angrily before the demon launched it's self at Jake, hissing and spitting fire. Jake raised his hands and shoved Saga to the side, causing the boy to crash into a frail wall which began to crack and collapse.

Angie looked sadly at the girl. "It's okay, Nina. I'm sure he's fine." She whispered hesitantly touching her shoulder. Angie knew she'd leave a small black print on her from the ash on her hand but was fairly certain she wouldn't mind.
She looked over at the building jumping a little when she heard a crashing sound in side. She looked over at the woman Boss was holding. "Who is that?" She asked trying a little pathetically to distract Nina. Maybe it was Saga's mother and the two could try and reassure each other. Nina honestly didn't think she knew any of them well enough to do that properly.

Nina turned to Angie and gave her a small, thankful smiling before she wiped her tears and answered Angie's question. " She is...Saga's adoptive mother... " Nina hesitantly spoke. " She must of heard about the fire...because she wasn't coming back until tomorrow..."
The woman, not identified as Saga's mother, cried harder as she heard the crashing sound and burried her face in Boss's clothes. " My baby! " she screamed.

Jake growled and grabbed the madly giggiling Saga by his wrist and pulled him up. " YOU ARE COMING THE F*** OUT WITH ME NOW SAGA! " Jake yelled angrily at the boy, causing the boy to stop giggling and growl again.
" No... " Saga hissed angrily before his bones cracked and his body shifted back into his wolf form, causing Jake to release him.
Jake growled and attempted to grab Saga again before the large wolf sprinted out of the room and recklessly crashed through the building, fire and smoke no longer coming from its mouth as it dived out of the building.
Saga smirked to himself as he noticed the crowd, knowing full well the 'crew' couldn't do much to him with many humans about...
The wolf then spotted a familiar face, Angie, and a plan began to form in his head...
