Kai nods and starts off west. Lowering her nose to the ground she sniffs around for more challenging game of marsh deer.

Kia eventually picks up the scent of a marsh deer and starts tracking it down. Careful to keep downwind of the deer while trying to sense other potential problems Kai stalks through the underbrush toward her prey.

A trio of wild wolves looked on in curiousity. They had no interest in stealing Kai's prey, though they had enough questions about the newcommer to spectate from the safety of the thick foliage.

Kai senses them from where she was at. Taking another step and freezing as the deer lifts it's head and looks around.

The wolves remianed still, showing no signs of moving anytime soon.

The prey looks around and goes back to grazing uneasily.
Kai moves slowly, deliberatly where she could attack from the side of the deer. After a few more breaths Kai lanches herself into the clearing and chases the deer. Kai keeps on the marsh deer's heels then bites down on it's tendon and takes it down. Before the marsh deer dies Kai looks it in the eyes, Thank you for giving you're life so I may eat I promise it won't go to waste. You wolves can come out now.

The wolves glanced at eachother, then one barked. Is that an invatation or a threat?

Another glance was exchanged, and the three wolves leisurely padded over to join her.

Kai watches the trio of wolves, If you can help me get the pelt off in one piece you're more then welcome to some of the meat.
