You spot Aura laying on the ground to your left. He has some bandages on his legs and sides. You bring your hand up to the side of your head, wondering if you have any bandages on you. You aren't surprised that there's a bandage wrapped around your head, somehow you didn't notice it before.
It looks like you're in a tent. You hear humming outside.
What will you do?

There's multiple little shops that line the main street, as well as an Inn.

Looking around for any parent, I run after the egg with my last bout of energy. As soon as I am close enough, I scoop it up and hold it to my chest as I trip and go tumbling down the hill

Carefully I try to slide out of the bed, slowly and quietly aiming to end up sitting next to Aura on the ground. I reach out and try and pat the side of his face.
