"Awww, don't want her to die? To bad! But, let's make this fun! You have 24 hours, tick tock, to cure her. If not she'll kill you," She said with a smile, eyes glowing as suddenly Ruby staggered a bit, suddenly shaky on her feet.

His face turned all the more pale, he quickly turned to Ruby to steady her.

Misery disappeared, leaving Dexter and Ruby alone. Ruby looked surprised, now standing normally.
"Um, hi," She said with a half smile, "Nice to meet you! I'm Ruby!"

"I'm Dexter." He said, confused on her strange sudden attitude.

She nodded, looking a bit disoriented. She did seem a bit confused and nervous.

"Come on, we can't waste any time." he offered a hand to her.

She took his hand, smiling a bit, "Where we going? Somewhere with bloo... I mean information we might need?"

He ignored her almost saying blud. "I don't know. I know someone that hates me like everyone else, but he does know someone who knows someone that has magic but also knows someone that has stronger magic that might be able to help. I don't know about magic, i"m not sure." He didn't know Jason and Marco can't heal anything but physical wounds.

She nodded, looking confused, "Who can help us? I mean we might as well give it a try, we have no where else to go," She said with a nod, feeling a bit light headed and weird, like shadows where creeping into her mind.

He began leading her. "A guy a few guys know." He said.
