"Very annoying."
It was both an answer to her question and a response to the slight sting of the rounds going harmlessly through him. He took a moment to migrate his core to his neck, out of view under his black jumpsuit. He kept an ear on her direction, throwing an arc of electricity from his left hand as he heard a rustle to his side.
"I don't care who you are. Find someone else to antagonize. My beef's with Umbra and Umbra alone. I'm not wasting my time with you."

Zethrin casually walked up to Scias and proped her right elbow on his shoulder in her left jand she tossed a knife, a large glowing knife. "Ohh please," she teased" you really are no fun." She continues to toss the knife as of she had suddenly decided to stop trying to kill him.

"By the way, I was a fan of your a while back. Ya, big fan. Whatever happened to you? You were the kind of exterminator everyone either wanted to be or kill." She said as her sly grin faded to a more serious tone.

Despite her seemingly relaxed poster, she had actually been prepared to dodge any kind of attack. She also has a voice ativated grenade somewhere on her person if things. Became more desperate.

"One more question," she stated, "why do you and Umbra hate each other."

"You think I'd make it that easy? Have to say, you've at least done your homework."
He lowered his rifle back into its holster and caught the knife by its blade, flicking it backwards into the bark of the tree.
Knowing how Exterminators tended to get, he didn't let his guard down, not for a second, keeping a low charge of crackling electricity off his tail in case he needed to defend himself quickly.
"It's a long story, but the short version is that the army liked my work enough to start sending me after children. Think they were getting worried I was outliving my usefulness to them and they were right, just couldn't bring myself to do it. They kept trying and I got sick of it."
Scias flicked his tail and thought for a moment. Did.. Did he even still have a reason to hate Umbra anymore? Other than him trying to kill Corasi and himself, he didn't really have much of a reason. "We don't need a reason."

She laughed a little, "everyone has a reason for everything, sometimes they just don't know it." She pulled a new knife from a strap around her thigh. She began to check her nails before tossing that knife in the air and catching it, like she had done with the other.

"I still dont see the deal with why you left." She said with shrug. She spun the knife in her fingers, thinking up a strategy. She had decided that she didnt want to kill him yet, rather, she merely wanted to apprehend him for the moment. She was begining to let her curiosity get the best of her, a thing that rarely happened, especially with a woman of her rank.

"I want my knife back." She said pointing to the tree that Scias had throw her other knife into, still proping her right elbow onto his shouder. "Didnt anyone every tell you not to take toys from others? Play nice would ya?" She said with her trademarked, nearly seductive grin.

She finally reached Shinko. I might be able to find resources to make new dagger-swords. Who knows, they might not have them. I guess I can work with this dagger for the moment. She looked around for some titanium and iron gears. I'll be able to make the laser that heats up the metal myself.

"Like I said, it's a long story. Maybe you'll understand this bit better. When the army fully understood what my species was and what we could do, they wanted that for themselves. And it meant trying to dissect any of my kind they knew about. And unfortunately for me, there's only two of us on this planet. I wasn't going to keep being Sanmon's labrat and playing their games just to get them to keep their word."

He folded his arms, gestured at the tree with his tail as he sidestepped from it.
"If you want it, go get it. I'm not stopping you."

"Awwwe, poor baby." She teased. "Why won't you get the knife, dont say you dont trust me?" She pouted, which quickly turned into a mischeveous chuckle.

"Where are you hiding you core at tough guy? Is it here?" She asked with a fake sense of innocence as she put the tip of the knife against his lower stomach." I think not.... Maybe here?" She asked with the same innocence as the tip of the knife touched his forehead just enough to peirce skin, or so she hoped.

"Oh come on 2460198, I hate it when guys play it tough. Its no fun!" She pouted once more.

A bit of black ooze ran down his face where the knife had pierced along with a faint red glow of electric. He scowled, bringing his sparking tail level with her legs, hoping to fake her out enough to give himself an opening if she were to attempt to drive the knife deeper.

"Why would I trust someone I've just met, let alone someone who has me at knifepoint. I turn my back, it's obvious you'll hit me in it."
He said sternly.

With Corasi
"Ok, all we need to do is to get to facility where they're keeping the soldiers. Right now, they're just babies, so we need to kidnap 100 babies." Ibu said, staring is disbelief at the challenge they faced.

With Scias
"Oh hello Zethrin. See you found a boyfriend. Wow, a Daarazi." A Bahari mixed with a E-vuri said from the shadows (Zethrin and this girl Piosi are friends in the exterminator buisness.)

"Kidnap 100 babies?! In a guarded facility? Yeah, this will definitely not be easy." She was still looking around for some titanium and iron gears.
