Victoria couldn't stand the stuff and wasn't sure how Myra could down it so quickly

Standing up, Neiulang left the blank room and went to the area housing the elevator for new prisoners. Ripping a button from the panel, he sat next to the doors and worked with it.

She smiles thankfully at her.

Victoria smiles back, glad that Myra was coming around

She continues sitting, not really able to do to much else.

"So...Furnace not smiling upon you, huh? At least you haven't been sent to the Warden's office. He's way scarier."

After a couple minutes, Neiulang held a steely cylinder containing a complicated-looking clock and surrounded by rubber-like sticks. Placing it very carefully on the floor, he drew a small match from his pocket.

She gives her a confused look.

"The Warden is the guy that is supposed to run the place. I've heard that he used to be a Nazi and he's dead."
