It doesn't bother me that they did release them, but they didn't even use them for anything. I had someone buy a female once, bred her and then released her. Kinda sad, but at least there was purpose and she was used. This person just bought them to release them...from what someone said to me was to keep the prices up. I thought of that and it wasn't as if this person had any stake in it...they had none for sale themselves.

I really need to get at least one more stable at some point...that will be my project stable. Whatever project I am working on the pets will be housed in it. Then from there they will either go into the main stables or released. I figure at some point I will need a stable for each kind of pet and then that stable. LOL I could always buy more tabs in my current stables, but those are expensive

I know right? I mean...people buy them just to release them and half the time release them straight away! I only sell pets because I need the space and once my 2 Morkko pairs grow up I will need lots of space but honestly...just to release them? Why do people do that? Why buy them if you won't do anything with them? Although...FForFox has a point. I asked if I could sell a pet and the reply was

"My attitude towards things like that is this:You bought it, you paid for it, or you won it, you earned it. It is YOUR pet, not MINE. I have absolutely no say whatsoever over what you do with YOUR pets. I won't be hurt, angry or annoyed if you sell it, release it, dye it, give it away or breed it until it has 100 babies.And in return I expect the same from everyone else. In short, go ahead, it's your pet."

I agree with that attitude about once buying a pet. I just think you should have the decency to hold onto it for a day or so... or at least breed it. I have purchased a pet or two with the sole purpose that I needed it to breed to one of mine...and it was honestly cheaper to buy then to pay a breed fee for the traits. I kept the pet beyond that one time just in case I needed it again. I just didn't like the fact that I had 6 pets for sale (which I would have released on my own if they didn't sell in a few days) that they purchased to simply release. I don't see what business it is of theirs do do that. I would have gotten around to it. Just figured that if someone wanted them before I got around to it then they could have a chance.

Exactly! That is why I like to only keep them up for a week or so with a few advertisements just to get the word out but when people just act like it had always been their pet and release it instantly... well it is annoying. If they breed with it first or something then great! But for those who think it is OK to go buying pets only to release them a few minutes later...RAWR!

Exactly. Not sure why they bother. I was going to make a board with links to each one for people to buy. I just was still going thru pets and wasn't done. It got late so I went to bed and saved the links and the traits onto a word pad to copy over. But nopes. Oh wells. They are gone, Free as the wind they go. LOL Makes me hesitant to put anything up for that low again tho cus never know when someone is lurking

Lol so true! I only put practically worthless pets up for low prices because of that stuff! Honestly... sometimes I don't know if I can trust people with my pets anymore! XD

You three are too funny with your concern for releasing pets and the "I have to many pets" Heh.. So glad I got over that concern with releasing. If you add up all the pets the 3 of you have, you still have to double it before it equals the pets I've released.

But maybe in just a bad person haha.

XD no you are not bad...you just want to release instead of wasting the time (and space) it takes to sell them! Although...When you release aren't you kind of doing them a favor? Putting them back into their "natural" habitat?
