She only kills when she's got a large amount of pent-up frustration and anger. Kinda like throwing a tantrum, except somebody dies.

So honestly it's not very surprising this happened. Of course losing Ethan and almost being kidnapped by some guy who's apparently her father would be a bit stressful.

Hopefully. Unless something else stressful happens. In the meantime, she needs to take care of the liver and heart, and get herself cleaned up. And she needs to re-find Grim. He's just sorta vanished.
