I'm gonna give it an 8/10, I think! I really like the color scheme (and you did a great job imitating the rich gradient from the held) but the hair is kind of offputting for me. I'd have it pure white, if not the color of the bubbles on the staff.

Colors work really well together except for the out of place blue buterfly. And I don't like pink (Personal thought)

Staff is off-putting for me. Everything else reminds me of a samurai lady.. so that makes me think you should have a sword instead of a staff! {specifically - katana}

9/10 - Most everything goes together wonderfully, but you need something in the orange/yellow range to tie in the Shadow Stalker's eyes and the runes from the staff... Perhaps your eyes and/or the ribbons on your arms? Something like that. (And Yay! You're using my custom~)

I like it, but I feel like the skin colour doesn't go with anything at all, and the hair is a bit too white. You could have also used some darker purple to balance out the staff.

I really like how the black and white are contrasting each other but neither of them are overpowering. I personally would have made the eyes red or bright blue maybe.
