Smoke goes back outside, and calls a dragon to the surface, and tels him to take over as the governor of the city.
Then she climbs onto Odahviing, and takes off.
"To Riften! I have a score to settle with that Jarl!"

They flew to Riften, while Smoke explained how there was a bounty put on her for nothing, just like how that Jarl had done the Black Sacrament to get the Dark Brotherhood to kill Smoke. Luckily, they do not kill their own.

Nothing happened, and smoke growls, and clomnpbed up the stairs, then there was a scream, and a woman came flying down the stairs, and just as she hit the bottom, a glowing arrow pierced her, and Smoke was standing at the top.
