1. go to currency exchange
2. in the upper left corner, change currency to gold and set 1 gold for sale at 75 diamonds

3. click "create offer" and confirm

P.S.: remember that if you're buying stuff for diamonds, you shall not set your diamonds for sale at 1 gold since someone else might take them - the seller is the one who sets up an exchange.
