He turned into a eagle, showing Basil he would be able to fly down on his own.

(Okay, back to it then.)
Basil nodded with a smile, then nudged the dragon they had rescued. "Hang on!" She yelled as the dragon dove down. She squeezed onto it with all her might, suddenly remembering how much she hated heights. She held her eyes tightly shut, even after the dragon had landed. It only took a moment for the dragon to reach land. When she had finally realized they were on land, she fell with her back against the ground and gave out a breathless laugh... "ohhhh my god we survived. We really just did that and lived..." She was still shaking from the shock of the whole event.

The ship slowly crashed in the distance, surprisingly not bursting into flames. Corasi started to walk from the ship, to where she could see everyone. Bruises and cuts were all over her body.

Hexic had flown down behind them. He couldn't go as fast as the dragon, but that was alright. It didn't take him to much longer than her.
"Corasi!" He shouted when he saw her. He flew over and landed on her, trying to heal her wounds as best as he could.
