Hayden was watching the sun rise up higher from the sky when he heard a voice, "Yup, that's me," He turned and came face to face with a... cat lizard?
Idiot, that's a Maymaymoomoo, he thought wanting to slap himself, "Hello there, I feel like I remember you from somewhere," He strained as he tried to think of where and came up with nothing but a flash of pain.

Kris had no idea for sure what was going on but didn't mind, but he still wondered.

Azrail watches the cat lizard - also known as the Maymaymoomoo - with interest. It looked like a cat, so maybe they could pet it? And lizards were also pet-able, so... Azrail shakes their head, reminding themself that the maymaymoomoo was it's own being and Azrail had no right to touch it. But it was a cat lizard and adorable! Didn't matter, Azrail was determined not to anger or offend anyone else.

TJ manages to get Blackie under control again, but Charcoal was still offended on why this 'black fluff ball' was trying to 'ruin' the unicorns 'perfectness' (quoting what Charcoal had said).

Sam stays atop Charcoal, urging the unicorn after the lizard cat. "ADVENTURE, JAMIE, ADVENTURE!" Sam says in a goofy way, quoting something her parents always said when doing something new.
"My name is not 'Jamie'." Charcoal complains, but willingly does as Sam commands. He liked Sam more than words could explain, but he had a reputation to live up to.
"I know that." Sam reassures.

Kris smirks when he finds whatever the heck Sam is doing, as funny.

"Come, friend, join me and we shall conquer the world together." Sam says, offering Kris a hand so he could get a ride on the unicorn.
"No! Not another pathetic human. You can't always offer people rides. I'm not a work horse." Charcoal complains again.
"Ah, come on. You like humans, just admit it." Sam says to Charcoal, giving Kris a wink.

Slightly confused, Kris shrugs and takes her offered hand, his smirk softened to be less cocky and more soft so to speak. But then again not like he had any actual feelings inside often, so let alone now.

"Yes! We have gotten another bold adventurer. No one will dare stand against us. Giddyap!" Sam says cheerfully after Kris had mounted the unicorn, lovingly petting Charcoal's neck to try to make up for everything she was putting the black unicorn through.
"I told you I'm not a work horse." Charcoal states, continuing his brisk trot, tossing his mane.
"Yeah, you're a unicorn. I never said you were a work horse." Sam states the obvious, keeping balance and riding effortlessly.

Kris is sorta awkward feeling a bit on the unicorn but he shows nothing of it, gently keeping his balance with mild effort. ' Is this what a friend does? Heck no! Oh no, heck no! Friends are dumb, and then something happens and they smack you down and shove you off. No, I don't do friends. This is just a ... very silly person. Yes. Very silly.' He thought to himself.

Sam hugs Charcoal when the unicorn comes to a stop. "All ashore that's coming ashore." Sam says, sliding off the unicorn. She searches inside her pocket and brings out a sugar cube for the unicorn. "Thank you!"
"You're very welcome. Now don't do that again." Charcoal says with a huff, silently glad that he had made Sam happy. He would do anything for the child. Sam giggles and nods.
"Cross my heart and hope to fly, stick nothing in my eye." Sam says in a singsong voice.
