After a moment of silence, Kate asked, "Is she there still?"

She shook her head,opening the door. "No...gone...guess without bye."

"That's okay," Kate sighed with relief. "It wouldn't be a very nice 'bye' anyway, trust me." She shone her flashlight out into the hallway, and upon not seeing Chica, she opened the door

D's hunches shifted a bit then she sat...on the ground. Her hunches forcing her lower half to sit like a dog rather than normal as she wished to,and it clearly hurt to sit on her tail as she did,her expression a bit pained but her talons where soar and she didn't like that either.

Kate noticed D's pained expression. "Are you all right?" She asked, worried. She sat down on the floor next to the girl, feeling bad.

She nodded,clearly trying to shift her expression to less pained but her effort showed more than what she wished to. "Yes...D okay..."

"Are you sure? It doesn't seem like it. What's wrong?"

She shook her head,her soft blond hair bouncing and swinging to show night black horns coming from her head. "Just...tail...hard to sit...at all."

"There's a chair over there by the desk," Kate murmured, taking D's hand in hers. "That would probably help a little, don't you think?"

She looked to Kate with eyes of appreciation but shook her head. "No...tail problem...curl odd way...hurts..." She said,sounding a bit sad,her eyes moving to glare coldly and sadly at her dragon parts.
