Terrin heard Sharky outside the ship muttering softly, "Kit what happened to my warning?" Quickly and as silently as he could Terrin exits the room and looks for a place to hide. Eventually he makes his way below deck choosing to hide in the hull.

Sharky laughed before leaping aboard his beloved vessel and running out the gang plank for his guest. Welcome aboard the good ship Sealilly matey."
(Back again. We found water in our ventilation ducts so we have had a long project of replacing them. Add to that our summer project of raising tadpoles, and dealing with a very bored toddler. I am busier as a stay at home Mom than I ever was when I was working. On the bright side I have found that Candy Land is an excellent way of teaching my daughter the concept of counting.)

(Hope your project goes smoothly and yeah so is Hi Ho Cheerio)
Terrin mutters under his breath, "Worst timing ever." He was trapped and risked being found by Sharky if he even moved a muscle.

"Happy ta be here mate!" Tarka sang cheerfully, hopping aboard and minding his long tail feathers.

Sharky swept a paw about the deck, "Fancy a tour matey?" He paused momentarily at an odd feeling of being watched before turning his attention back to Tak.
(Since I last posted things have been a whirlwind. My younger half brothers dad passed away near the beginning of the month, so we have been helping him deal with that mess. Plus trying to sell the house with lots of showings. Unfortunately there are no houses in our price range that could replace this one so we decided yesterday to take the house off the market and just keep it. At this point we all felt a wave of relief at this decision. Things have been just too stressful to handle all at once. Other than that we are doing alright so far. In apology for the long absence I will be on to post tomorrow. I won't do a festival run as it is Sunday but I will check the Forums and respond to any posts.)

(I hope things get better for you soon)
Terrin backs up a pace trying to hide in Sharky's room better. As soon as they moved into another room or below deck he would get off the ship. Until then less movement was better and quieter.

Sharky showed his guest around the top deck still trying to shake the feeling that they were not alone. He knew better than to ignore his feelings, but did not want to alarm his guest either. His eyes swept the area searching for anything out of place.

Terrin hides as best he can in the captain's quaters. This was a worst case situation for him but he knew better then to panic. Maybe just maybe he could get lucky.

"Of course!" Tak chimed, fanning his tail in delight. "Lead on Cap'n!"

( Sorry for the delay. My Mother had a skin cancer on her arm removed and has to keep from using her arm for 6 weeks. Which means alot more work today. Had to clean out our shed today as well as take care of my toddler with a headcold. I finally put on her favorite dvd so I have a few moments peace to catch up on everything. )
Sharky moved easily, his manner relaxed to the casual observer. "Well matey as ye can see we've got our top deck with all the riggin' and helm. Storage hold and galley are below decks. "Ye'll best be bunkin' in a hammock in the cabin. Dont have room for alot of crew and tis more comfortable than the hold". He walked casually by the hatch that led below decks before neatly sidestepping and pushing his cabin door open with one swift smooth movement.
