Rei quickly lets Clare hop off onto the other side of the river, waiting for Cole to go with her before rushing back to Sammy. He nudges her, still in his tiger form, offering her help for any oncoming attacker.

I looked at Rei and growled "get the kids away from here, If this man gets ahold of any of them were screwed" I hunched my shoulders and shifted into my large lizard and glared at the tall figure that laughed and came to the river.

He doesn't hesitate to rush back to his kids, making them follow him to cover.

I hiss looking at the figure my eyes narrowed in rage, but what was unusual was the lizard began to grow bigger then it had been before it stood taller then the man and growled.

Once they were safely hidden he rushes back, spotting Sammy as a large lizard. He growls in confusion, quickly padding through the river to stand at her side.

I glance over at Rei and nod I launch across the river and at the future landing square on his shoulders, I bite down hard making the shadow hiss in pain.

He snarls, jumping at the shadow and biting its arm.

the shadow falls but isnt dead yet it hisses and the shadows begin to move quickly like it was nothing, they target Rei but I move in front of it and take on the full force of the attack falling unconscious with a loud thud and I shift back into my human form groaning and unmoving.

He rushes at the shadow, biting its chest and dropping it down. It lays there, unmoving. He quickly runs back to Sammy, shifting back and holding a hand/paw to her neck, feeling her fading pulse. He quickly begins compressions

I lay still not moving my heart stopping every few, I could feel the compression on my chest.
