Rune poked her leathery head through the bushes and watched. All the creatures in the hollow seemed to somehow look similar, even though they all looked different at the same time. Suddenly realizing someone had asked her a question, she jerked her head around and looked at one of the creatures bigger than her, who she assumed had asked. "I currently go by Rune," she said, raising her head. She looked up at the sky and saw the sunlight filtering through the trees. Okay, how did I mess up the times THAT bad? she wondered, staying hidden in the brush. Then she squinted and looked back to the other beings. "And who are you?"

"Yeah! Do you wanna come with us?" Iku asked happily. He tried pulling his head back into the clearing, but his horns had caught on the ranches of the trees, rendering him stuck. "Uhh, Iona? I'm kinda sorta really pretty stuck" he said, trying to pull himself out.

"I wish. But I'd probably only slow you down; I don't do great in the daytime, or flying long distance. I overheat quickly," Rune explained, slowly taking a few steps out of the bushes. "But I could trail you guys, or if you were willing to wait for me, it'd be nice to have some company."

Tor looked at Rune and said quietly, "You know..... If the others are okay with it, I don't mind travelling at night." He smiled slightly at Rune attempting to be kind. "It would be nice to travel in the dark and when it's cold."
