With human years we mean how old would she be if she was a human, the 3 months is not human years, that is Zolnixi age.

Unless you really mean 3 months as in she is still a baby? But if you ment to play a young nixi then you should post an age like 14 or 12 etc, depening on how old you think she would be as a human.

Well yes, but not over board...
So they can have a small amount of light bending or something like that
But there has to be a flaw in the power.
So like with Deidara
She can read minds but she can't read the minds of nixi's with a mind block up or has a strong mind

She managed to prove herself with her boss Unknown when she managed to fool the escapists into believing she was one of them. She attracts alot of attention at the camp from boys because her young age shows in her looks. Though she is not a flirt like the 'sisters' she does like making new friends. Her fox like apprence usully fools some people when she runs past into making them belive they saw a fox. Not another nixi.

Personalty: This techno nixi sure loves to confuse other nixies with how she talks. She would usully not talk like that but she usully does it to confuse nixis.
She is a rouge and likes to be alone.
When spotted she would usully have a guilty look on her face that make nixies think she has done something bad and then try to stop her running away.
But once they touch the red digital runes on her body, the runes let out a eletric charge the other nixi giving them a eletric shock that might end up paralizing them.
