Well after you copy the image's URL you follow these steps:

1) Go to Generator
2) Scroll down until you find a blue button on the left that says: "Load Design by URL"
3) Click it and post the image's URL there
4) After that click the "Load Design" button on the left

... And voila! Hope this helps :D
