and as for the image
you know how you put the [ url][/ url]? before and after a link?
well what you do for the image, is copy the image url and then do the [ url][/ url] before and after the link, but instead of url you put img

(another way you could do it, is copy and past the image url and then select the url and click on the IMG button *not the IMG= button, that gives you something different* and it'll put the [img ][ /img] before and after for you...)
